1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place through it. By browsing the site, creating an account or placing an order you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

We may update these terms. The version published here at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

2. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges that we have received it; the contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods. Until then we may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if we cannot deliver to your address, or if a price or description was published in error.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address, phone number and email you give us. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has been handed to the courier.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping is calculated at checkout and shown before you confirm.

We take reasonable care with pricing, but if an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price we will contact you before dispatch and you may confirm at the correct price or cancel at no cost.

Every order is paid in full at checkout. We do not offer cash on delivery. Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited, which accepts UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and wallets; your card and UPI credentials are handled by Razorpay and are never seen or stored by us.

Your order is confirmed once Razorpay reports the payment as captured, and is dispatched from that point. If a payment is charged but not confirmed, it is reversed automatically by your bank, normally within 5 to 7 working days.

4. Dispatch and delivery

We dispatch within 24 working hours. Typical delivery is 2–5 working days to metro cities and 4–7 working days elsewhere in India.

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Once a parcel is with the courier its progress is outside our control, and we are not liable for delays caused by the courier, weather, strikes, or an address that turns out to be incomplete or inaccessible.

If your order is time-critical for Raksha Bandhan, order at least five working days ahead and tell us — we will do what we can, but we cannot promise a courier's performance.

5. Cancellations, returns and refunds

We do not offer refunds. Orders may be cancelled before dispatch, and anything that arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete is replaced at our cost. The full terms, including the 48-hour reporting window, are set out in our Refund Policy.

6. Products and images

Our rakhis and hampers are handmade and hand-packed. Colour, bead placement, thread shade and finish vary slightly from piece to piece — that variation is the mark of hand work, not a defect.

Photographs are taken of representative stock and colours may render differently on your screen. Where a hamper lists its contents, the contents are what you receive; the styling props in a photograph are not included unless listed.

7. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has access to it. We may suspend an account we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently or abusively.

8. Reviews and submissions

Reviews are moderated before they appear. We publish honest opinions, including critical ones, but we remove content that is abusive, defamatory, off-topic, or written to promote another business. By submitting a review you grant us the right to display it on this site.

9. Intellectual property

The content on this site — text, product photography, layout and branding — belongs to Velis or is used with permission. You may not reproduce it commercially without our written consent.

10. Limitation of liability

We are responsible for supplying the goods you ordered, to the description given. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — for example a missed occasion, or costs incurred arranging an alternative gift.

Where we are found liable, our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan.
