How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 24 working hours. Delivery takes 2–5 working days to metro cities and 4–7 days elsewhere in India. During Raksha Bandhan and Diwali weeks we dispatch daily, including Saturdays.
Will my rakhi arrive before Raksha Bandhan?
Yes, if you order at least five working days before the festival. We run a priority dispatch queue in the final week and confirm the expected delivery date by email as soon as your order ships.
How do I care for brass and silver items?
Clean brass with tamarind pulp or a little lemon and salt, then dry it fully — never leave it wet. Silver rakhis should be kept in the pouch they arrive in and wiped with a soft dry cloth. Avoid chemical polishes on lacquered brass.
Is the rudraksha genuine?
Every rudraksha mala and pendant ships with a laboratory certificate of authenticity. Beads are sourced from Nepal, graded for face count, and checked before dispatch. Silver rakhis carry a BIS hallmark.
Can I return an item or get a refund?
We do not offer refunds, and we do not accept returns for change of mind. You can cancel any order before it is dispatched. If a parcel arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, tell us within 48 hours with photographs and we will replace it free of charge. The full details are in our Refund Policy.
How can I pay? Do you offer cash on delivery?
You can pay by UPI, credit or debit card, net banking or wallet. Payment is taken at checkout through Razorpay — we never see or store your card or UPI details. We do not offer cash on delivery. If a payment is deducted but your order does not confirm, it is reversed automatically by your bank, normally within 5 to 7 working days; email us the amount and time and we will chase it for you.
Do you take bulk or corporate orders?
We do. For 25 units or more, email us with the quantities and your delivery date and we will send pricing within one working day. Bulk rakhi and puja kit orders are common ahead of festivals.
